Customs Clearance Service Under Customs Broker License
we prepare shipping bill, classify the goods under correct CTH for drawback, DEEC etc. We receive the goods in customs station on behalf of our customers. We do measurement, weighment, marking, labeling, customs examination, customs out of charge and hand over the export goods to international carriers for carriage.

We are filing the shipping bills under Drawback Scheme, Export Incentive Schemes, Duty Exemption Schemes and EPCG Scheme and smoothly clearing the consignment of our valuable clients. Re-Importation of Indigenously Manufactured / Imported Goods
Often goods indigenously manufactured when exported are returned back for various reasons including cancellation of export order or supply incorrect quantity or wrong supply or return of goods after exhibition / display etc. The Machines return after use in particular project / contract or after completion of the contract. Imported goods which may have discharged duties at the time of original importation have also to be often sent out for repair, reconditioning etc. Private, personal imported property may also have to be sent abroad for repair within the warranty period and returned. There are also goods which may have to be sent for special processes like electroplating, polishing or coating and re-imported.
Re-Exportation
There is often occasions where imported goods may have to be re-exported. Such situations arise where the import goods found defective after customs clearance or these are not found according to specifications or requirements of the Indian consignee. Various machinery items after import for use in certain projects or otherwise are also often sought to be re-exported by the original owner. Re-exports can be made by sea, air, baggage or post. We provide our experts services to our clients in the matter of Re-import and Re- export of the goods.
100% EOU/STP/EHTP/ BTPS IMPORT CLEARANCE
The Units which undertake to export their entire production of goods and services (except permissible sales in DTA), may be set up under the Export Oriented Unit (EOU) Scheme, Electronics Hardware Technology Park (EHTP) Scheme, Software Technology Park (STP) Scheme or Bio-Technology Park (BTP) Scheme for manufacture of goods, including repair, re-making, reconditioning, re-engineering and rendering of services. Trading units are not covered under these schemes.
An EOU / EHTP / STP / BTP unit may import and /or procure, from DTA or bonded warehouses in DTA / international exhibition held in India, without payment of duty, all types of goods, including capital goods, required for its activities, provided they are not prohibited items of import in the ITC (HS). Any permission required for import under any other law shall be applicable. Units shall also be permitted to import goods including capital goods required for approved activity, free of cost or on loan / lease from clients. Import of capital goods will be on a self certification basis. Goods imported by a unit shall be with actual user condition and shall be utilized for export production.
DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade)
SEZ- After extensive consultations, the SEZ Act, 2005, supported by SEZ Rules, came into effect on 10th February, 2006, providing for drastic simplification of procedures and for single window clearance on matters relating to central as well as state governments. On June 23, 2005, the Parliament of India passed the Special Economic Zones Act 2005 and on February 10, 2006 Government of India notified Special Economic Zone Rules 2006. The incentives and facilities offered to the units in SEZs for attracting investments into the SEZs, including foreign investment include Duty free import/domestic procurement of goods for development, operation and maintenance of SEZ units.
FTWZ – Free Trade and Warehousing Zones is a policy of the Government of India. It was announced in the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09 to set up Free Trade and Warehousing Zones (FTWZ) to create trade related infrastructure to facilitate the import and export of goods and services with freedom to carry out trade transactions in free currency. The Free Trade and Warehousing Zones (FTWZ) is a special category of Special Economic Zone and is governed by the provisions of the SEZ Act and the Rules.

DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) is a Government organization with main objectives of promoting export and import in India. DGFT is also responsible to create and implement guidelines for importers and exporters of India. DGFT issues Importers & Exporters Code Numbers, grants permission for free trades, controls export incentives Rates, helps in promoting imports and exports, and coordinates with state governments and all the other departments of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
